EAST TIMOR – Adopted in 2002, the flag of East Timor consists of a red base with two overlapping horizontal isosceles triangles on the left of the flag pointing to the middle. The bottom yellow triangle is topped by a smaller black one. Centered in the black triangle is a white five-pointed star.
